JILL MESCHER – 2024 3RD QUARTER BOSS OF THE QUARTER

Jill Mescher was honored this week as the Le Mars Area Chamber of Commerce 3rd Quarter Boss of the Quarter.
Jill has run he3r own business for 12 years and has be3en in the chamber for 11 years. She has been on six different committees. In college, she was a part of the DECA organization to help improve her business career.
For her business she has won “Best Children’s Boutique in Iowa” 4-years in a row! She is the owne3r of two stores in Le Mars: Sugar-N-Spice and Lily Zita. She is also part owner of Mescher’s Clothing Store. Jill has three part-time employees through her businesses. She is accommodating to all their busy schedules through school, sports, and many other activities.
As she has grown with her business, she has also growing with her customers. Jill has given out great fashion advice, and is there for he3r customers, employees, and family if they need someone to talk to. Even when she is out in public and sees her customers, she is truly kind and joyful to them.
While she is running her three businesses, three kids at home, a husband, a dog and a life to live, she is enjoying every single part of it.
For these reasons, we nominate Jill Mescher as the Le Mars Area Chamber of Commerce 3rd Quarter Boss of the Quarter.
