According to the preliminary investigation, 32-year-old David Narciso was traveling north on Highway 75 when his vehicle crossed the center line and struck head-on a vehicle going south on the highway.  The juvenile in the southbound vehicle was able to get out of his vehicle and was sent to a local hospital with minor injuries.
