Adam Gabel, 38, of Akron, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, December 23, 2024, at St. John Lutheran Church – Preston Township, rural Akron, Iowa. Reverend Trish Underberg will officiate. Burial will follow at St. John Lutheran Cemetery – Preston Township, rural Akron. Visitation with the family present will be from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 22, 2024, at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Akron. There will be a Prayer Service with Memory Sharing at 5:00 p.m. Visitation will resume from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. on Monday at the church. Arrangements are with the Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Akron.
