Dennis Melvin Von Arb, age 73, of Alton, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 9, 2025. A devoted farmer, businessman, and beloved member of his community, he dedicated his life to his family, the land, and the friendships built through years of hard work and shared passions.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 15, 2025, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Alton, Iowa, with Rev. Daniel Greving officiating and Deacon Dan Goebel assisting. Burial will follow at the St. Mary Cemetery in Alton, Iowa. Visitation with family present will be Friday from 4-7 p,m. there will be a vigil prayer service at 5 p.m. all at the Church in Alton.
