Kathi Oetken is the KLEM Citizen of the Day Tuesday, June 3 , 2025. Kathi was the 6th-12th grade talented and gifted teacher at the Le Mars Community School District, and she retired at the end of the school year. She may pick up a pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars, a long stem rose from the Le Mars Hy Vee Floral Department, and a car wash from 12th Street Touchless or Highway 75 Touchless Auto Wash and Pet Wash.
