The Le Mars Community Foundation Board surprised Lisa Eisma, Administrative Assistant, when they named her the August Employee of the Month for Le Mars Community Schools.
Lisa has been with the district for 16 years. Her nomination says she goes above and beyond in her role as Administrative Assistant, and that her outstanding performance, dedication, and professionalism does not go unnoticed and is truly appreciated.
It goes on to say that Lisa’s organizational skills, positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks make her an invaluable part of Le Mars Community Schools.
