Last week, the Chamber of Commerce named Primebank CIO Bob Lee as the Chamber’s “Boss of the Quarter” for the fourth quarter of 2025.
Lee joined the Primebank team in 2016 and has served as CIO for the past nine years, having spent his entire career in information technology and security in the banking industry. While serving as head of the information systems and security department for Primebank, Lee led his team through emerging challenges in technology and evolving security issues. He sets clear expectations, and goes above and beyond to keep the operations of the bank up and running at all times.
In addition to his work as part of Primebank, Lee is also an active member in the Le Mars community, and volunteers his time to the Rotary Club and the Le Mars Bible Church. During a Community Coffee event at Primebank’s location in Le Mars last Wednesday, Lee received a plaque from the Chamber of Commerce, recognizing him as the Chamber’s “Boss of the Quarter.”
