Carol Schoenherr, 93, of Le Mars, Iowa, formerly of rural Merrill, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars.
Celebration of Life Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at the Presbyterian United Church of Christ in Le Mars. Reverend Jan Christensen will officiate. Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery – Ellendale, rural Merrill, Iowa. Visitation with the family present will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 26, 2026, at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars. Visitation will resume from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at the church. Arrangements are with the Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars.
