A long-time Plymouth County Fair Board Member received the “Heart of the County Fair” award during the Friday County Fair Day Dinner last week at the Iowa State Fair. After receiving the award for the Northwest Iowa District, Candice Nash/Farrer shined the spotlight on the 4-H and FFA participants.
Candice was supported at the event by family, friends, and fellow fair board members. She talked about the important role County Fairs play in our community and beyond.
The award was coordinated by the Iowa Agribusiness Radio Network.
