Tom Mullally Junior of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Wednesday, April 7, 2010. Tom is owner of Ultra Light Flight LLC and instructor at the Le Mars Airport and will celebrate his 30th birthday on Friday. Tom will receive a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flowerhouse, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars or Kingsley, a movie or game rental from Jo’s Movie House in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
