Shirley Jelken of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Monday, November 8, 2010. Shirley recently celebrated her 85th birthday. Shirley may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
