Elaine Van Otterloo of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for Thursday, November 11, 2010. Elaine is an educational associate at Le Mars Community Middle School and is a Le Mars Community School District “Employee of the Month.” Elaine may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
