Merle Lucken, 97, of Akron, Iowa passed away Friday, November 19, 2010 at the Akron Care Center in Akron, Iowa. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, E.L.C.A. in Akron, Iowa. Pastor Dawn Quame will officiate. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Akron, Iowa. Visitation will be after 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 23, 2010, with the family present after 5:00 p.m., and a Prayer service at 7:00 p.m., all at the church.
