Ruth Kneip of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Thursday, December 2, 2010. Ruth volunteers with many organizations and is celebrating her 70th birthday today. Ruth may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
