Larry Heemstra of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Thursday, April 14, 2011. Larry is vice president of Finance and HR at Quatro Composites in Orange City. Tomorrow he will be celebrating his 60th birthday. Larry may pick up a bountonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
