Imelda M. Roethler, 93, of Marcus passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Heartland Care Center in Marcus. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 22, 2011 at Holy Name Catholic Church in Marcus, Iowa. The Very Reverend Armand Bertrand will celebrate Mass. Inurnment will follow at Holy Name Catholic Cemetery in Marcus. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at the Earnest – Johnson Funeral Home in Marcus. A Rosary will be led at 3:00 p.m. with a Scriptural Prayer Service to take place at 7:00 p.m. There will also be one hour of visitation at the church on Friday prior to Mass.
