Brittany Flack is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for Wednesday, July 27, 2011. Brittany was crowned the 2011 Plymouth County Fair Queen last night. Brittany may pick-up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars, and car wash from Easy Clean car wash in Le Mars.
