Kim visually demonstrates the percentage of sugar contained in foods by displaying sugar cubes that correspond to the amount of sugar found in our common foods.  She says foods with processed sugars should be consumed in moderation.  Many times when we think of sugar in foods, diabetes comes to mind. Kim says diabetes occurs from weight gain, and not exlusively from consuming sugarly foods.
