Leo J. Arens, 54, of Sioux City, Iowa, formerly of Le Mars, Iowa, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, June 25, 2015. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at All Saints Catholic Parish-St. James Church in Le Mars. Father Jerome Cosgrove and Father Paul Eisele will concelebrate Mass.
Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Le Mars. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at the Mauer – Johnson Funeral Home in Le Mars. A rosary is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. with a scriptural prayer service at 7:00 p.m. There will also be one hour of visitation at the church prior to Mass on Wednesday.
