Larry Bloemendaal, age 77, of Alton, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at
the Good Samaritan Society in Le Mars, of liver cancer.
There will be a memorial service on Saturday, May 28, at 11:00am, at the Newkirk
Reformed Church in rural Hospers. The Rev. Dennis Hietbrink will officiate.
Interment will be prior to the service at the West Lawn Cemetery in Orange City.
There will be a family prayer service on Saturday, at 9:45am, at the Oolman Funeral
Home in Orange City.
Visitation will be after 4:00pm on Friday, with the family present from 5:00pm to
7:00pm, at the funeral home.
