Joe Vondrak of Sioux City is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for July 29, 2016. Joe is the son of Chris and Joni Vondrak. Joe represents the Johnson Juniors 4-H Club and is the 2016 Plymouth County Fair King. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from 12th Street Touchless or Highway 75 Touchless Auto Wash and Pet Wash.
