James Joseph Harpenau, age 34 of Granville, Iowa passed away unexpectedly on July 31st, 2026.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Remsen, IA with Rev. Timothy Pick officiating and Deacon Doug Heeren assisting. Burial will be at a later date at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Remsen. Visitation with family present will be 9-10:45 a.m. on Saturday at Fisch Funeral Home & Monument in Remsen. Service will be live-streamed at www.fischfh.com.
