Rhonda Justice of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for December 14, 2017. Rhonda is a long term substitute for Le Mars Community Middle School science and is Le Mars Community School district employee of the month. She may pick-up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flowerhouse, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from 12th Street Touchless or Highway 75 Touchless Auto Wash and Pet Wash.
