Scott Thoms is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for March 30, 2018. Scott with Plymouth County Dairy Farm recently received the Outstanding Service to Agriculture Award form Le Mars Chamber of Commerce Agricultural Committee. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from 12th Street Touchless or Highway 75 Touchless Auto Wash and Pet Wash.
