Cheryl Plueger is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for January 3, 2019. Cheryl is Franklin Elementary administration assistant and was the Le Mars Community School District December employee of the month. She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from 12th Street Touchless or Highway 75 Touchless Auto Wash and Pet Wash.
