Roxie Rahn of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for August 14, 2019. Roxie has been serving the community through Youth for Christ for 20 years. Thursday an open house will be held at Bellissimos from 9:30 to 11am. She may pick up a long stem flower from Shepherd’s Floral, pizza from Pizza Hut, car wash from 12th Street Touchless or Highway 75 Touchless Auto Wash and Pet Wash.
