Judi McCarty of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Thursday, April 22, 2010. Judi is employed at Northwest Iowa Area Education Agency and is co-chair of the Gehlen Catholic Ball. Judi will receive a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars or Kingsley, a movie or game rental from Jo’s Movie House in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
