Debbie Gibson is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Wednesday, April 28, 2010. Debbie is employed with IML Containers Iowa and is the Le Mars Area Chamber of Commerce “Employee of the Month.” Debbie will receive a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars or Kingsley, a movie or game rental from Jo’s Movie House in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
