Arden Brown, 94, of Akron, Iowa passed away Sunday, May 2, 2010 at the Akron Care Center. Services will be at 10:30 am, Saturday, May 8, 2010 at First Baptist Church in Akron. Marie Lykken, Chaplain from Hospice of Siouxland will officiate. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Akron. Visitation will be after 3:00 pm Friday, May 7, 2010, with the family present after 6:00 pm. A Prayer service at 7:00 pm, all at Carlsen Funeral Home – Schroeder Chapel in Akron. Expressions of sympathy can be extended to the family through the Carlsen Funeral Home.
