Julie Theisen of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Monday, May 3, 2010. Julie is the Le Mars Community Alternative High School teacher and has received the “Decades of Excellence” Crystal Bell award for 2010. Julie may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars or Kingsley, a movie or game rental from Jo’s Movie House in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy CLean Car Wash in Le Mars.
