Richard “Dick” Hatz of Remsen is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for Wednesday, September 23, 2010. Richard has retired after 45 years of service as a board member for Mid-Sioux Opportunity of Remsen. Richard may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars or Kingsley, and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
