Whitney Durr of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Friday, Oct. 22, 2010. Whtney recently returned from boot camp with the Iowa National Guard and today is her 21st birthday. Whitney may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
