Father Kevin Richter of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Thursday, October 28, 2010. Father Richter is pastor at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Le Mars and today he is celebrating his 50th birthday. He may pick up a bountonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
