Nancy Anderson of rural Merrill is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Nancy has served 20 years as a soil and water commissioner for the Plymouth County Soil and Water Conservation District. Nancy may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
