Betty Loutsch of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Monday, March 7, 2011. Betty is the Gehlen Catholic Track Coach and today is celebrating her birthday. Betty may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
