Duane E. Heidbrink, 81, of Le Mars, Iowa passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at The Abbey of Le Mars. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 28, 2011 at the Mauer – Johnson Funeral Home of Le Mars. Rev. Timothy Geitz of Grace Lutheran Church in Le Mars will officiate. Burial will follow at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, rural Ireton, Iowa. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 27, 2011 at the Mauer – Johnson Funeral Home. The family will be present from 3-5 p.m. with a Prayer Service scheduled at 4 p.m. Visitation will resume at 9:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
