James “Jim” Kayser, 85, of Le Mars passed away on Friday, May 6, 2011 at the Orange City Area Health System, following a brief illness. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday May 10, 2011 at St. James Catholic Church in Le Mars, with Reverend Matt Hewitt presiding. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Remsen. Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Monday at the Carlsen – Feuerstein Funeral Home in Le Mars, where there will be a Parish rosary at 4:00 p.m. and a Vigil Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will also be on Tuesday morning at St. James Church for one hour prior to the funeral.
