Mary Ann Kobberman of Remsen is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Mary Ann is retiring from a teaching career that has spanned 42 years. Her last 32 years have been spent at St. Catherine’s-St. Mary’s Grade School. She is currently the 3rd grade teacher. She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
