Chance Klemme of rural Akron is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for Friday, July 29, 2011. Chance is a member of the Perry Pals 4-H Club, the son of Cindy Klemme and the late Jeff Klemme, is the Plymouth County Fair King. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars, and car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash.
