Karlton Hector of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for August 21, 2012. Karlton is the new assistant principal at Le Mars Community Middle School. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
