Kathryn A. Frisk, 59, of Akron, Iowa passed away Saturday, August 18, 2012 at the Akron Care Center in Akron. Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 24, 2012 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, E.L. C.A. in Akron. Reverend Dawn Quame will officiate. Inurnment of her ashes will be prior to the service on Friday at Union Creek Lutheran Cemetery, rural Akron. Visitation with the family present will be following the memorial service in the church basement during a time of lunch and fellowship.
