Rev. Thomas R. Balm, 80 , of Garner, Iowa died Thursday, November 29, 2012 at his home in Garner. Rev. Balm was a former minister for the Methodist Church in Le Mars. Memorial services will be held 1 P.M., Monday, December 3rd at the United Methodist Church in Garner with Rev. Paul Evans officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:30 to 4:30 P.M., Sunday at the United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall in Garner. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of North Iowa.
