Vi Johansen of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for January 22, 2013. Vi volunteer many years at the Plymouth County Historical Museum and today is celebrating her 90th birthday. She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
