Stacey Nelson of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for December 13, 2013. Stacey is the school nurse at Le Mars Community Middle School and today she is celebrating her 40th birthday. She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
