Paulette Lewis, 64, of Le Mars, Iowa passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 7:00 p.m. Monday, January 6, 2014 at the Carlsen Funeral Home in Le Mars with Father Kevin Richter of St. Joseph Catholic Church officiating.
