Jason Jackes, 36, of Le Mars, Iowa passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at his home from natural causes.
Memorial services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2014 at the First Reformed Church in Sioux Center, Iowa. Pastor Steven Zwart from Unity Christian Reformed Church in Prinsburg, Minnesota will officiate. Visitation with the family present will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2014 at the Carlsen Funeral Home in Le Mars.
