Dr. Charles Keenan of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for May 28, 2014. Dr. Keenan is retiring after 45 years of Podiatry service. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
