Chuck Garvin of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for August 15, 2014. Chuck is custodian at Gehlen Catholic and on Saturday will be celebrating his 60th birthday. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
