Jim Rohlfs of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for October 23, 2014. Jim is a volunteer at Floyd Valley Hospital and on Saturday he will celebrate his 70th birthday. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
