Lowell Steien, 89, of Kingsley, formerly of Sioux City, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at the Westwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Sioux City, Iowa. A Memorial Service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at the Johnson – Earnest Funeral Home in Kingsley. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Sioux City.
